The same problem here. We have to keep the volume turned off on the PCs in our office, we have the error message "ding" in the background all day. Carbonite appears to be unwilling to do anything about this situation.

I, also, am getting this every time I run sync n share. I uninstalled the program and it solved the problem. Re-installed it today and once again I am getting, "a script is running on this page...".

I am getting this error multiple times per day. Shutting down the program stops the error messages.
